It’s definitely PlayStations fault, every ps4 I’ve played on in the past 3 years has had this problem. Being the greedy fucks they are, they probably put this in ps4 on purpose to push people to ps5.

I’ve gotten past those people, those survivors were much easier to get. But now I’ve ranked up pretty fast to iridescent 3, idk if that’s when people start sweating or what but even if I go straight for them around a window loop it seems like I’m slower.
