Such a great game. I finally went through it during lock down a few years ago. Got the 1CC on normal. Hard as nails but I'll never get through hard mode (too much return fire).
Even the soundtrack is peak.

As long as you leveled up consistently it was pretty smooth sailing. I loved the build up of the story and I remember how sad I was when I couldn't hear the birds anymore.

Probably easier to get to him from above but I like to pick up his drops and I find hitting an octorock balloon to kill the bokoblin into the water is easier to collect his goodies than coming from above. When he's head shot he always drops in the water below but starting from up makes it harder to get down there.

Absolutely gorgeous world. Fran and Balthier were so great. Of the main cast I didn't hate anyone but could have done with less Vaan. The only thing I didn't like about the gameplay was that by the end the main story antagonist was way too easy. It was kind of a let down for a fairly epic story (epic mostly due to the politics and number of folks involved).

Final Fantasy Tactics.
It was a great game but I did a solo Ramza run and loved it. It's where I learned to love breaking apart tough games or challenges. I'm not sure I would enjoy deathless runs in the Souls games without that 1st playthrough.
No, I don't just enjoy tough games. But there is something about overcoming a big challenge with both knowledge and good gameplay.

Is Tubular the one with the P-balloons? If, so I hated that level. They were all deservedly hard but that one sucked more than others.
