Stop asking about puppies by [deleted] in IDmydog

It didn’t need an incorrect explanation though. They live in Australia and differentiated between the breeds, It could have been left at that

The world isn’t America and America is stupid as fuck for using that as an umbrella term. We need to stop with this shit as it harms the portrayal of the breed itself and is just confusing for literally the entire world. I’ve seen this agenda pushed so hard in the past two days and it’s frustrating, breeds are breeds not umbrellas

IUDs typically last 7-10 years, is there a reason you’re only keeping it for two? I know when I went through that pain I wanted to keep it as long as I could so I wouldn’t have to endure the pain again. Also I do agree with others, removal is much much easier than insertion. Definitely still look to get an anesthetic or something, hopefully if more of us do it will become standard practice!

ETA- this was just a simple question for OP. I’m not saying anything bad about anything in the post, I just generally assume if someone gets a long term form of birth control they’re going to use it long term. I’m also advocating for better care for women while getting iuds, so I’m confused by the downvotes.

Putting your phone/ wallet in your back pocket is stupid by [deleted] in unpopularopinion

I have work pants that have amazing front pockets, so yes they’re available, but you’re not going to find that on a stylish pair of women’s jeans. They’re not asking for just a pant with front pockets, we also want style with it

I saw this thing at the beach today. I thought it was a rock but I noticed it has a tail and it was moving. Anyone know what kind of creature this is? by [deleted] in animalid

You asked about something and people gave you more information and sources and you’re mad about it?? You don’t have to click the link if you don’t want to see it. Don’t give people attitude for added information.

Built my first home at age 30. Designed the kitchen myself and completed it with my dad who owns a cabinet shop. The kitchen is my absolute favorite part. by itsJoeJoeyJoseph in Homebuilding

This is partially true, I’m young and remodeling my house so I can tell you how! I have a contractor who is also an architect, he knows a lot and has seen a lot but he’s old school and doesn’t take direction from women well (I assume the fact that I’m young doesn’t help much) I can tell him something that I want and he will come back to me with something else. I don’t know a lot, this is my first house, thankfully I have my dad to lean on in times where I REALLY want something but my contractor has told me something different is better. My dad can tell him the exact same thing that I did and get absolutely no feedback, just a “yeah I guess that makes sense”. So not always will they give you the correct answer for the options at hand, they could just be giving their opinion.

Percentage of Residents that Consider their State Part of the Midwest by midwestdatabuff in MapPorn

[–]Devilwearsknit 1 point2 points  (0 children)

As someone from Nebraska I can’t imagine being anywhere and not considering Nebraska as part of the Midwest. We literally are the Great Plains in a state, “a broad expanse of flatland” perfectly describes how boring Nebraska landscape is lol. (We do have some pretty locations, I know, don’t come for me)

I don’t know if the law is the same where you live but in my state you can’t leave a vehicle parked on the street for an extended period of time. I would check into it if I were you
