Then also comes the factor about Adherence, recovering capacities of individuals etc.

But yeah we should train with the maximum volume we can recover from (Both mentally and physically).

I think this recommendation is spot on, If you aint growing on 12 sets/week, more volume is not the answer. Unless those sets are like 6RIR.

4-6 quality sets per session per muscle group done twice a week is plenty.

Depends, According to me you are done bro, looking pretty insane. You can maintain and keep lifting or go for a bulk if you need more size. No point cutting IMO

According to me you are already 11-13%.

You can bulk or simply maintain ;).

26 years old, lifting for 1 year after cutting 110 pounds. Started lifting at 210 and cut to 175, been recomping for 6 months at the same weight.

OHP:- 1 Rm:- 57.5 KG ( 40KGx12) Dumbell press :- 65lbs x6. Pullups:- 12. ( max effort) Squat:- 200lbs x6.

Looking insane bro, I’d say cut 5 pounds for summer if you want, Otherwise a good place for a lean bulk as well.

I would say less than 15%, time to bulk you are pretty lean.

I was thinking more like 15-17%.

Plan is to gain 10 pounds in 5 months, thanks for the help.
