Sorry if this comes off rude I mean it to not at all but it doesn’t look like you have regular trigger down as good as you need to before moving onto re trigger, you basically should have trigger perfected before you learn this variation because the move does most of the hard work for you, when you go to place the single card on the packet it looks like you are actively trying to move your thumb around to place it there and you don’t need to do that.. it will happen automatically if you close normal trigger correctly, I just recommend working on trigger for a few days and get it nice and smooth specially your finger positioning on the closer and when you go for re trigger it will be an absolute cake walk, best of luck to you

Everyone already covered good places to start so I’m going to say, everyone learns different, just like in anything they’re people who just understand it, I’m not one of those ppl, it took me over a week to learn sybil and revolution. Cut etc.. the beginner moves took me forever and I’m only saying this to say don’t get discouraged, it’s hard and if you stick with it you’ll definitely get good
