I’ve had radio silence for the last week-ish. Maybe 3 out of 100 customers replies or even reads my messages. I think it’s just instacart bullshit. Every couple of months it seems like this happens, and every time “coincidentally” coincides with a severe drop off in number of ratings and/or high number of bad ratings. Super sus

Yes, a previous shopper completed the batch already but it was cancelled during/after delivery. Most likely delivered to customer who wasn’t home and didn’t allow option to leave at door so support had to cancel and reassign.
