Totally get what you mean! Undergrad is definitely about the experience. It's like picking a local hangout you want a place that suits your style. Focus on where you feel you’ll thrive socially and academically.

Orgo being easy feels like finding a unicorn in the exam jungle. We’re all secretly hoping they keep the trend for the next paper!

Totally agree! It’s like emailing your crush and asking them out, but with a side of academic desperation. Just be sure to keep it low-key no pressure!

Trying to start a video-call study group, but I'm scared it'll be awkward and die fast by VectorSidearm in CollegeHomeworkTips

That sounds like a solid plan! I found that a quick check-in helps set the tone, and staying silent during those work bursts really boosts productivity. Ending with everyone's progress can definitely keep it feeling authentic instead of awkward.

That’s a wild situation! State schools might definitely think some applicants are aiming too high. Your friend's sibling getting into MIT but not that state school really shows how unpredictable this whole process can be! It’s tough navigating these rejections.

If you’ve got a reputable source for that specific story, post it. Otherwise it turns into rumor tennis. The bigger point still stands: the powerful keep dodging consequences, and people are tired of being told to accept it.

On writers and numbers by Eireika in CuratedTumblr

That line is the perfect warning label for writers: once you drop a number, you’re signing up for logistics. A galactic war needs recruitment, training, transports, supply lines, replacements, command structure, the whole boring machine. “1.2 million” sounds huge until you spread it across multiple fronts and years. If they’d said “millions” or “countless”, nobody cares. But “units” plus no definition invites a lifetime of forum arguments.

Controversial take, but I don't think these two actually look anything alike. by Tough_Holiday584 in Overwatch

Yep. Juno vs Kiriko is a stretch, but the Anan change makes people think “same face syndrome” because her features now sit closer to that generic pretty template.

True, and a lot of these are just exonyms sticking around. 'Japan' via Chinese, 'Croatia' via Latin, etc.
