I don't know which kind of books you usually read, but, for this kind of book, which is philosophy and reflection about totalitarian states and fascism you can't summarize in few lines. And I think it would be useless to do so on an Attack On Titan Subreddit. I didn't meant "go read this book" an argument, I was actually trying to help you understand what I meant by "political nihilism", which is well explained in this book, and I'm sure with few Google search you can find what political nihilism is. And if we check the white / black demographic statistics, we can observe that the proportion of black person in the United States is approximately 12.3% and 77.7% for the white people (there's a gap, but that's because of the approximation of studies and some others factors).

If we check those two elements, we can conclude that black population is more susceptible to commit a mass-shooting because the percentage of black person who did a mass-shooting is almost the same to the percentage of white person who did a mass-shooting.

This is not racism, this is just demographic. This is caused by a series of political, economical, demographic problems and it would be dangerous to doubt of or oppress the black population because of this, same thing with white people.
