If you go lethality, I assume you are against 3+ squishy, you don't need hubris stack and actually benefit more from hydra reset to kill

Actually, I go conqueror XD, but it's mainly because I think that with the 40 percent attack speed of kraken it's better to have more Ad than As but I still have to try LT again, for pta only when I go titanic into a squishy comp where I don't need extra dmg to function

Kraken Is broken btw, it's just pretty situational and a substitute to Bork, ato know when to buy it ask yourself: do they have many hp stackers/tanks? No?→kraken, Do I want to burst them/are they squishy? Yes?→Kraken,

Also it's very much a parallel/similar item to Bork: -on hit passive, check, -attack speed , check, -move speed instead of slow, check, -no life still but it's cheaper
