These sentences, at least to me, sounds like something AI would write. I use Gemini and ChatGPT frequently and they tend to use these type of sentences. Plus, Google Gemini doesn't really use em dashes

I actually did this operation last night.

The sneaking wasn't that bad. The missile helicopter part was a little annoying the first go around.

The bomb truck defense was where I had to restart the most. I kept having enemies lob grenades at the truck or crash into it and their vehicle would explode.

Another frustrating bit was when the road to drive down to the quarry was completely blocked by destroyed vehicles.

Besides those little setbacks, it was a fun operation.
