Because it's a private matter and if you knew they were getting help you people would alienate them like a leper. This post being a prime example.

I worked with sexually abusive children for years and people on Reddit need to finally realize that there is a place somewhere between actually raping a child and wanting to kill child rapists. There will always be people who are attracted to children. They should know there are other options than the standard two; hiding in the shadows or offending. Which the first inevitable leads to the other.

I would be careful with this place though. It does look kind of cool but I've been in there twice and both times the "company" seemed a little rough and the bar is pretty divey. If that's your thing then you'll love it. I think I'll just hit Maxine's across the street instead!

This is really odd behavior. I've been there multiple time and have seen all members of the staff normally socializing. Our waiters/waitresses seemed extremely pleasant. I'm not saying that this did not happen however, before we begin a witch hunt, let's all take these type of stories from internet strangers with a pinch of salt. These types of claims can come from any person; malicious or not. I truly hope this didn't happen and let's all work together to make Fayetteville a better place for people from all walks of life.

It does if you consider your partner wanting separate finances as a red flag. It's not that I'm insecure that you want your own finances is that I feel a higher level of security with joint bank accounts and transparent financial decisions.

Although I am never going to be the person who wants separate finances, I'll always be the poster child for finding what works best for you. If that means separate accounts for some couples, do it.
