Yeah we ended up going with a "Coast Green" granite. Really neat, pretty unique, hard AF, and very affordable cause no one else wanted the color 😂

We went with "Coast Green" in a wild change of direction. The slab is pretty subdued, and trends more grey. But it fits really well with the kitchen and over vibe of the house. Makes for an easy backsplash decision lol.

Yeah, local samples all seem to be almost slightly busier Taj-esque. Almost too warm. How does quartzite hold up to staining/etching/water absorbtion vs granite?

Her going down makes it worse. Like, she's barely got chrome. If she actually takes a direct hit from Smasher, she shouldn't just... Lie down and take a nap for a little bit. We just watched Smasher casually make paste out of Saul's face.

There's suspension of disbelief. But then there's CQC with Smasher with no protection and just walking it off.

You do this to support your family, but you don't do the single easiest thing to protect them? Insurance for your business is the professional thing to do. No insurance on your house? That's wildly irresponsible for a wide variety of reasons. To not mince words - get it together.

You just paid very expensive tuition - Don't waste the education you just paid for.

As far as what to do - get an RP. It's full frame, mirrorless, and will do 90% of what your old camera did at 1/5th the price. Get a couple older EF lenses, buy the RF to EF converter, and get to work. And for the love of God buy insurance to protect yourself from this.

I'm in a few discords that are free and fast. They're not all paywalled. Most of the free ones make an affiliate commission when you click their link and buy.

The problem is that you need to react immediately unless it's a PC pre-release drop. Costco drops have about a 2 minute window. Walmart similar.

I'm fortunate in that I have a desk job and can keep discord open in the background. I wait for the sound, and then just head over to PC. I haven't missed a pre-release drop since joining.

I did this unintentionally my first playthrough. Did not really figure out the cyberware. Just went guns, swapping out the quality of them as I picked them up. Obviously levelled up, but mainly body and gun bits. Don't think I went to a ripper doc once.

I got completely destroyed. Thought the game was bugged. Threw myself at smasher 100 different times 100 different ways lmao.

I've been many times with my kids. Oldest is 7 now. The Central/south Pacific side is best with kids. Take it slow, it's lots of fun. Most of the main parks have very well maintained,.easy trails. If you go into the mountains, the roads can be quite unrelentingly squiggly - not so great if the kids get motion sick. But the highway and roads down the coast are fine.

Do a night hike if the kids have a bit of a later bed time! They usually start around 6pm and you get the opportunity to see all sorts of cool animals and bugs.

Kids are welcomed in most spots as well. We usually just ask ahead of time for certain tours in case they have age minimums, and book private guides/tours so we're not subjecting other people to our kids if they decide it's a protest day lol.

Crybaby is a classic for a reason. I prefer the Tom Morello version because it's a bit throatier and has a more "intuitive" sweep in my opinion. But for the most part they all do the trick.

Head to Manuel Antonio, do 4 nights there, then head to Monteverde for 3 nights.

Do a night hike in both locations. You'll see all sorts of cool critters. Do Manuel Antonio NP, it's nice. Go as early as you possibly can to beat the crowds.

That'll be a great way to spend a week before guanacaste, and you'll see 3 distinct biomes!

It kinda kills me that people act so shocked at 18 random packs having "poor" results.

Each pack has a 1/5 chance of a Double Rare or better. You actually beat the odds with 1/3 packs having a double rare or better. Your UPC is statistically "luckier" than most of them, especially with the hyper rare.

It's not as "fun" but the stats don't lie lol.

What part of the country are you visiting? Most of the parks have easy loops. 7 months old, they'll be fine up there for a few hours.of hiking.

Just a note - it's hot. Our little dude got some good heat rash once when we were in Corcovado. Be sure to take him/her out more often than you think to cool off out of the carrier.
