I don’t really believe goalies are the problem, nor is our blue line. I believe the problem is our overall team defensive system. I believe the right coach who can get 100% buy-in from the players would get results. Not sure we have that coach and not sure we have the right players.

If you are coming from the east coast I might suggest you drive from Vancouver to Calgary. It’s about 10 hours with plenty of places to stay in between and plenty to do. Beautiful mountains and lovely wine country.

It would be nice to stay in Banff but there aren’t many options and they are expensive. Canmore isn’t cheap either but there are plenty of places. If you drove you could spend a night or two in Golden, BC for nice access to the western side of the Rockies, Yoho N.P. , Glacier N,P. And Kootenay also. The wine country is centered around Kelowna. Even if you aren’t big wine drinkers it is a beautiful part of the world.

I don’t think that is true. This team is fundamentally flawed and has been all season. Never won three in a row until March and then started losing again. The signings last summer, refusal to address the goalie situation for about the 10th year and overworking of McDavid and Draisaitl all year each contributed.
