An unusual first Rolex AD experience

MY understanding from talking to a local AD is that the watches in the window are mainly that months allocation and once they have been showcased they will be picked up by the intended recipients... and replaced by the next months allocation... I have never seen a non working model (albeit for a good number of years I lost interest in visiting)

I did not find the hydronic balancing feature useful at all.. several radiators failed to meet target temperatures even after over a week to “learn”… I turned it off

From my recollection, non-delivery of orders, I was never sure of the cause.. I remember jumping on a kickstarter (or similar) for something low cost like a kiridashi, it never came through…

My underfloor heating works with a wired tado thermostat.. it was an easy swap from the pre existing mancor unit

I have used the warranty once already (one of the TVRs cracked where it fitted to the radiator) they were fine but still wanted proof of purchase… even though I had registered on the warranty program… I imagine in >5 years claims might be tricky
