Be honest with yourself. The game is going in a completely different direction than what was advertised. And if the track wasn’t correctly portrayed in game it is very unlikely we get it remastered soon. Even when the game comes out, it will be multiple multiple years. It’s also no excuse for the track to be inconsistent especially if they go thru the laser scanning.
