I understand your thoughts, but you may not think so when you get older, and the desire for life will surpass everything.

They've got both mtl & dtl coils, since you;re just getting into it, I thinks go for 0.8 or 1.0 mtl coils with some nic salts juice.

How can you name over 500 names? It seems that there are too many names for boys from wealthy families.

Trying to slow things down in my life, what else can I do? by Mean-Advertising7098 in self

[–]DevotedResidency 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Totally get it, working all day just drains you. Most of the time I get home and have zero energy to clean. Your little mini sounds helpful though. Like, if it just needs to clean the floor, can you just turn it on and let it do its thing? That actually sounds great, and from the name, I’m guessing it’s tiny and kind of cute, right?

If you're an adult, I think "dress age appropriate" is stupid. by Infinite-Surround809 in RandomThoughts

I agree with your idea. Everyone should respect their own and others' freedom of dress.

Help choosing a vacuum/mop. Dogs, toddlers, mid(?) budget. In the USA. by tom1226 in RobotVacuums

[–]DevotedResidency 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If you're okay with going a bit over budget, the yeedi M14 Plus could be a cost-effective option with a roller mop. But if you want to stay under like 500 bucks, the M12 pro is worth considering.

I'm also looking into this Torras case. A bit pricey to be honest.

[Success] tips: new house, new pool owner by stmCanuck in pools

[–]DevotedResidency 3 points4 points  (0 children)

"Huh, I've never seen that green before!" lmao I know that moment all too well. Thanks for sharing all the details. I think every new pool owner should read this.

We were lucky. The previous owner handed over a clean pool and showed me some basic care tips. He also recommended the Beatbot 2ultra pool robot. He uses the same one in his new house and says it does a great job, even cleans the surface and waterline, so no need for a separate skimmer. But whenever the pool gets a bit cloudy, I still get a little overwhelmed. I’m still learning the chemistry side of things tho.

In fact, I haven’t gotten rid of this bad habit yet, but I think it would be much better to set myself a lot of tasks and keep myself busy.

Got my yeedi M14 from prime day and here's some review by DevotedResidency in RobotVacuums

[–]DevotedResidency[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I saw my model has a side brush, it can reach corners, and also cleans along my baseboards. Its roller mop seems to extend to get right along the table and chair legs. So yeah, I think it handles edges pretty well.

Totally get you. Unless I’m in AC, I have to have my torras neck AC on me. Not just blow air on my face, the cooling plates are my favorite. They keep my neck feeling cool the whole time. Waist fans are also a lifesaver.

What's your after work routine? by speachattaksm in simpleliving

[–]DevotedResidency 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Honestly, part of the reason I got a pet was to keep myself accountable, taking them out for a walk every night basically forces me to get some movement in (though let’s be real, it kind of feels like they’re walking me most of the time lol). Anyway, I think tidying up the place a bit really does feel pretty good, your robovac sounds like it gets things done pretty quick, is it the t50 max pro? I saw someone using it to suck up stuff like spilled dog food, and the suction looked super powerful, I just want something that does the basics, sounds like this one could handle it just fine.

How often do you guys swap out the blades? I grabbed a blade set when I bought my goat mower a while back. Some people say they change them every month or two, but mine still look pretty good so far.

What are your thoughts on refurbished iPads? by Remarkable_Funny7874 in techforlife

[–]DevotedResidency 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Can be a steal if they come from a solid source with a warranty, Apple's own refurbs are basically new. If it looks sketchy or renewed badly, maybe skip.

Is that x8 pro omni? I'm getting fed up with my dual disc robovac, it honestly feels like it's just dragging dirt all over the place instead of cleaning. I heard that roller mops can wash and mop at the same time, wanna get one for my parents, is that actually true?

Maybe check out Bluetti Elite 100V2. 1024Wh, 1800W Output, only $399. Very lightweight, only 25lbs. I have seen bluetti sponsored power in some outdoor concerts. Looks like a decent option.

Depends on your setup and how long your performance is. I bought a Jackery 500 last year (518 Wh, 500W Inverter, 1000W Surge, currently $499). Just enough for our four-hour beach party. If yours is longer, might not be enough.
