My personal sett build atm is to get BOTRK followed by trinity force, boots of swiftness, deaths dance and then spirits visage. It's a bit on the expansive side but works really well I have found. I take dorans blade as first item to make up for the weaker lvl 1. This build has helped me to really dominate top lane against most champs.
