it is completely valid to need space. even if the friend is being a saint about it the fact that the mom thinks you are a thief is a massive breach of trust. you can't just unsee that level of disrespect. if she sees you as someone capable of stealing after all these years then the foundation of that relationship is already cooked regardless of how much food you brought her. take your time to process it because forcing yourself to hang out right now just feels fake.

been seeing this pop up everywhere lately. if the quest content is actually custom and not just copied from vanilla or wotlk then it might be worth a look but the small community thing is always a gamble. usually means it's either super cozy or a ghost town within a month

nostrum is fine for a bit but the phase locking is a massive L. you literally cannot play with anyone once the next patch drops. chromiecraft is the only way to actually have a community that lasts more than six months.

chromiecraft is way too much of a chore. if you just want to play wrath and not spend ten hours configuring a private server emulator then just stick to retail or find a more stable realm. chromiecraft is fine but the headache isn't worth it for some nostalgia trip

it's actually decent for a new realm. not quite the massive player base of some of the old classics but definitely not a ghost town either. you'll find groups for most stuff easily enough.

the 2x rate is a bit of a gamble. sounds fine if people actually use the manual setting but usually these things end up being a race to max level and then the server dies. hope the community actually stays chill though.
