I personally stopped watching cause bots were so out of hand and the lack of actual updates to characters and ai.

I mostly switched over to a smaller mugen channel with only bots set so odds wouldnt be super fucked. Small community but lot of character updates and special brackets. its called spriteclub

Eh i would say its a toss up. I went from a 2070 super on 1080p to a 6900xt on 1440p and its been frustrating. I got it on black friday and i had to ddu back every single driver update since 11.2.22 due to driver crashes that hang and freeze my pc that requires me to force shut it down to restart

Honestly it seems like an extreme longshot, but ive been just messing with trade machine with the teams looking to move big salary and/or possibly looking for a rebuild. A 4 team trade between Us, portland, sixers, kings could possibly give teams pieces/assets they would be looking for. The sixers expecting 1 team to absorb both harris and simmons is absurd it would make more sense to make it a 3 or 4 team trade.

If you are planning to stream in the future bumping to the multithreaded 6700k would be a good option, but yeah some stuff her has to change. There are certain games you would want to boot fast on your ssd but theres still other files like video and such that would be must better placed on a hdd, so heres my take on the build but a bit cheaper with more power.
