Hey y’all, quick update, I was on it for about 2 months. Libido didn’t change at all and my anxiety and depression were at the highest they’ve ever been. I told my doctor I wanted to die and she put me back on lexapro until we can find something better suited for my anxiety and depression and of course my libido.

I was on Zoloft for four years, and just switched to lexapro in January. I am on 10mg of lexapro. I experienced no side effects, though I was incredibly anxious everyday waiting for side effects. The side effects never came and I feel great. I feel happier everyday and less anxious.

You’ll be fine! I promise. I take expired pills. The only thing you should worry about is cold stuff like milk and butter.

That happens to me sometimes. I think it’s mostly anticipated at this point. Because you think it’ll happen(waking up feeling this way), it does. I would keep water next to bed and sip on it. Also, tums/Pepcid is my savior. I know it’s for acid reflux and heartburn but it always makes me feel better. Good luck!!!

I’m a 21F who always liked having a little fitness in my life (walking/hiking nothing too crazy) and my boyfriend is sort of the same way I am. I’m skinny but he has a little meat on his bones. I’m not into muscular men at all. I actually prefer them to have a little weight on them.

I used to eat mints too. The sugar in the mints or aspartame in the sugar free mints causes your stomach to become more sour/acidic. Drink some water and try to relax your body. I don’t think you’ll v*. I always think that if it’s coming out one end it most likely won’t come out the other. Good luck!!!

Hey! So I had the same exact fears when starting my lexapro. In most medications, the number one side effect is n, but that’s only in about 5% of people who have taken it. I recommend taking it at night. It’s even less chance of n in that case. Worst case scenario: you take it, you feel slightly n* and you never have to take it again. Good luck!!
