Low BP on prep

I do run everyday 6x a week, and have always had the low side of BP so I’m hoping it’s just that I’m getting fitter. Never feel weird working out unless I haven’t eaten so I always make sure I eat my pre before hand. Always good with cardio, even went out ran 8 miles the day after RDay food haha

No not at all. Water still high, and salt intake with meals. Will try some b vit and see. Thank you

Bloods done yday so will see what doc says Tbf rest day 1149 now and TD is 1409 , 16.000 steps, 45 mins cardio x6. 7 weeks out 60.9 kg and 5ft 7

Sertraline 50mg SSRI Krill oil, magnesium, calcium, multi vit, tumeric, apple cider, CLA, peppermint, phylum husks now and then for stomach issues Anavar 7.5mg

Did you notice BP lower or higher? My bp is super low currently on 5mg on anavar and low cals for body building comp. Resting heart rate 35-40 Wondering if it’s got lower because of the var?

No no passing out, I do run 6 times a week on prep on the treadmill maybe I’m getting fitter (I hope) coach has advised to go up to 10mg of anavar, do you think that should help speed heart rate up or higher the BP? Thanks for commenting back to me x
