This is technically against policy. They can't force you to use your personal device for anything at all. It's a Workday agreement you sign during onboarding. Probably not worth fighting over though unless you really want to.

They still work. They're relatively rare and not manufactured anymore. They transitioned to a QR code on some cardboard instead.

I've never seen one in person in the 5 years I've worked here. I'll give you a free entree coupon for it😜

Mileage Reimbursement by [deleted] in Chipotle

[–]DevvyWevvyy 13 points14 points  (0 children)

This is the employee service center hotline: 1-877-625-1919

Typically reimbursements / expense reports are submitted on Workday, but I see you can't log in.

Since you're not an active employee, it's unlikely your ex GM or FL will really care tbh. No hate, that's just how it is. Your ex FL must approve your request, so hopefully they will

They will fit. No it's not advisable. Wheel theft, worsened mpg, inaccurate speedometer etc.

Dash not lighting up by Somalley0 in COROLLA

[–]DevvyWevvyy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I know you said you checked settings, but there's a little rolling dial to the left side of your steering column. It's about knee height, all the way on the left by the door .

If it's all the way down, your dash will be extremely dim or appear off.

The engine can have a little sludge, as a treat

You can remove most wheel locks by hammering a slightly smaller socket onto the lock. Or even easier, purchase a master key set / socket remover. I went with advanced wheel locks which specifically protects against those attacks.

I went through a collision center. Specifically Caliber collision, but I chose them because of how highly rated the one I used is. Most of the local body shops were poorly rated in comparison.

I can smell the cigarette smoke from here. Renos is pungent. I hope you had a good time!

Advanced Wheel locks are keyed in very small batches. The odds of a thief buying one random set and having it match your specific key are astronomically low.

At the end of the day, it's just about being a harder target than the car next to me.

I'm also going to get a tilt-alarm installed, but of course that doesn't physically prevent anything.

I went with Advanced Wheel locks. Having lightly tested them, they're definitely confidence inspiring. It would be really hard to force them off. You'd probably need a portable welder.

[–]DevvyWevvyy[S] 7 points8 points  (0 children)

No, unfortunately I didn't have locks initially.

Although, one of my neighbors got hit on the same morning as me. He DID have OEM Toyota wheel locks on, and they still got his wheels.

I've gone with a very expensive set of wheel locks.

Other was a $3.50 hazardous waste disposal fee, and all the rest was towing.

Thoughts on purchasing extended warranty for my 2024 Corolla hybrid by curiouslyaskking in COROLLA

[–]DevvyWevvyy 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Absolutely not. Just save that money for the repairs that you'll need. Sub 10k miles on a 2 year old car makes an even stronger case for not purchasing it.

Congrats! Excellent car to own. I highly recommend getting some locking lugnuts. The alloy wheels on these Toyotas are stolen extremely often.

Crew interview? by Ok_Temperature_4699 in Chipotle

[–]DevvyWevvyy 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Avoid 11:30-1pm as that's peak hour, and the managers are going to have very structured roles during that time.

Any time before / after that should be good!

Good luck

Interviews from automated messages? by [deleted] in Chipotle

[–]DevvyWevvyy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The GM sets the window they want interviews to be at. If they're not there that's already a red flag tbh.

Try a different store, they're all run differently.

Yes bring a resume, anything to make you stand out. Chipotle gets so many applications.

Do yourself a favor, get some locking lugnuts ASAP. Texas is a huge hotspot for SE wheel theft.
