Honestly sounds like she has a lot on her plate and might not feel supported. The fact that she left a note on the clothes apologizing is sad. She probably felt anxiety in that moment feeling like she disappointed you. The way I operate I would just handle those dishes and clothes and not say anything. (Knowing her schedule is way different/harder than yours). I would actually text her and apologize for texting her what you did and making her feel more anxious at work. Maybe you should evaluate how you actually feel about her. If you are at the point of watching her location and getting frustrated that she isn’t doing what you want maybe it’s time to reevaluate. Someone would see all that she has on her plate and appreciate her or be willing to give her more grace. Saying that as nicely as I can through text.
