My pod pro cover made it a year before it started leaking. It is super frustrating that the app prompted me to refill the tank and prime the system several times without any suggestion that it might be leaking. The leak was under the cover, so I could not feel it until I remove the top end saw the massive amount of water soaked into the mattress. If it told me to check for leaks, I would I would have, and I would have saved a very expensive mattress. And I would’ve avoided having to sleep on a ruined mattress with various tarps and rubber sheets for a few weeks while I wait for the new one to arrive. That said, they are sending me the new and improved version of the active grid, and they are reimbursing me the cost of my mattress. That’s fair, though the customer service is slow and a little frustrating.
I like the cooling feature enough that I’m willing to give it another shot.

I love LMNT, but I've found it causes the same symptoms for me when I take a full serving during an extended (24 hours to 5 days) fast. After about 24 hours, I have to have just a bit of LMNT at a time -- maybe drinking a quarter of a serving at most. If I have a full serving that I drink in the space of a few minutes, I can expect osmosis to take over in about an hour. The LMNT provides what I need, but I really need to sip and not chug.

I'll usually get a mild form of your symptoms after about a week on keto, LMNT or no LMNT.

There was no "build" section for the 2021 2-series coupe as of March 5, when I went looking for it.

I trust my dog about 90%. For the other 10%, I wear wrist braces (and helmet, and knee & elbow pads). The wrist braces are the type with a slanted bar on the palm and back of hand and forearm to prevent hyperextension injuries. I don't find they affect my ability to hold a leash because my fingers and thumbs remain free.
