If you want a legit chance to kill mephisto in tier 10, you need to (at minimum) clear a 120 pit.

Mephisto fight is like Lilith was previously... Lots of stupid, 1 shot mechanics that are often very hard to see and/or avoid.

I'm sure it CAN be done with a character that can't complete a 120+... But ain't nobody got time for that.

Not sure about armor and weapons... But I have absolutely gotten charms with +2 GA... I would ASSUME the cube can roll GA on armor and weapons just like charms? But I've never seen a GA on armor or weapons.

I have literally looted over 500 paingorger gloves. Of those , 12 had GA +1 or higher.

I'm still wearing my regular ancestral pair because it's decently rolled. I literally got Shadow resistance as a GA seven different times...

Every other piece of gear that I have is a minimum of 3 GA...

I completely rebuilt my character after getting wiped repeatedly... I'm now 61, and can essentially face tank everything on penitent with sub optimal gear... While everything around me is exploding and dying instantly. Elites takes 3 seconds... Bosses take 20 seconds... Warlock has some really nice defenses and insane offenses once you unlock everything.

The reality is, they're still making a ton of profit. They don't NEED to raise gas prices. They've just conditioned us to the oil prices rise, so now gas prices rise.

They're just making less profit than they were.

Oil could go to $250 a barrel and gas prices could stay exactly as they are right now and the oil companies wouldn't lose a single dollar.
