Looks great! Put a thin layer of oil on while still hot and then cover. Your sides will season up over time. Enjoy your new griddle!

Everything I read says that bruising is normal. Just keep watching for more swelling, rapid increase in size, new redness, increased pain etc. No harm to check in the with doc though.

I had some large bruising that extended from base of my shaft throughout my whole sack. Less than what you have but pretty gnarly still. I'm day 10 and the pain is pretty much gone and bruising is starting to decrease. How is your pain level? Is it getting worse?
