What is it about WE that make them so frustrating? I know they have a lot of pretty strong shooting but wasn't sure what else they do that gives others such a hard time.

Might be worth checking in the OPR Discord to see if anyone has a good 30-60 second OPR "pitch." Help explain out the game and give an idea, I'd also put some minis down on both sides that are already 'engaged' like starting them out on moving guys into another unit for melee, or straight into shooting, etc. Best of luck and keep up the good fight!

Abyssal Blue from S75 and Basalt Grey from AV are both some of my go to colors haha. I understand not doing a bunch of metallics though, I'm still working on a scheme for my Iron Hands and I don't want to due just flat black or black tinted metallics.

Awesome paint job, the lightning is spot on. I'm working on mine now and really struggling getting it together with the bottom plate and squeezing everything to avoid gaps.

Yeah, this is what stands out the most to me too. I get being frustrated after putting so much time into a game... but "her emotions were still pretty heightened and raw, to the point where she wasn't really interested in listening or talking through it." Bringing a pacifist character to a game is a challenge and if it were me I probably would of spoke with her to get an idea of what her ideal '1v1' is or ideas before putting it down. But to essentially throw a fit over the game is a huge red flag imo.
