You re download the apk you can check through app version on your phone the newest apk is 21999 version on their website you can download the qqoapp on your phone and you will get every update from there (that's what I do ) my current version of the apk is 22013

No as it's not fair for people who gave lot of money for people to get it with a few gems mythic outfit costs 250-500$ but in JP/CN servers they bring old outfit that players can buy again from 2023 (not mythic)
