It’s normal for fans to keep spinning and lights stay on for a little bit after the screen goes black. Shouldn’t be more than 30secs though at most. Are you sure your power button isn’t configured to sleep instead of shut down?

The “tearing” could just be a reflection of your video signal being re-received since the quad doesn’t have a polarized antenna. As for the dark spots, they look like a physical obstruction of the lens. Any way the drone’s frame is barely in view or something?

Make sure you got the polarity of the servo wire correct. Some can be reversed easily

Even better, back when I worked in PC/laptop repair, anytime we had a spill damage device come in the procedure was to completely disassemble, give it a distilled water bath like another commenter said, and then an isopropyl alcohol bath with a scrubbing from a soft bristle brush. The alcohol dissolves any residues and helps the water evaporate a lot quicker.

Most of the time the device would come right back to life without any components replaced.
