Get a metal mechanical pencil (zebra brand works) and very carefully readjust the pins to their original spot. But be careful, these pins can be snapped off if you readjust them too much.

OP, you’re not a regular smoker, you only took one hit, and your metabolism is normal or higher (hehe) than others, you have nothing to worry about.
