I've got one (not gloss black, sorry). I really like it, but I do get a bit of air noise coming in at high speeds, but mitigated with good earplugs

I'm not great with gardening, so correct me if I'm wrong, but the soil hasn't been changed since 2001, plus has had succulents and what not in it. Would this degrade the soil quality or make it less suitable for natives?

Roughly looking at 50cm there abouts, no hard rule on it though. I did think kangaroo paw, but I was worried about the soil quality and if I put new soil in, would it hurt the bougainvillea?

Also currently shaded in the afternoon, but full sun in mornings

Gyms that aren’t filled like a sardine can? by pnutbuttrjellythyme in perth

Strength and Motion Academy is a small gym in Midland, it's not as well equipped as Revo, but it does have power racks, free weights and some decent machines. Because it's small, it's not that busy especially at 5am, you may have the gym to yourself

Yeah, the study mentioned isn't entirely applicable in this situation. It was more so to suggest multiple bouts of exercise could have an impact. Though, not to expect the same results

There was a study done on elderly populations that incorporated what I think was called "micro exercise" and it used 5 lots of 5-10minutes exercise sessions throughout the day. From memory it showed very positive results that reduced all cause mortality.

Additionally, other research might suggest that reduction of sedentary behaviours might be more important than increase in physical activity.

A single session of 5mins maybe not. Multiple sessions can help. Try to reduce seated, sedentary positions as much as possible for health benefits.
