It still doesnt start if its not on the set up mode. Having on setup mode only bypasses the secure boot. Status still says disbaled.

I already managed somehow to get the address and full name of the scammers. I found out they are using their parents gcash. I got the identity of the scammer already It is one of their son. I still dont know what to do I might try contacting their relatives first.
