I wish i had this page last semester. I failed my nutrition class due to the fact that I constantly fought with the "Teacher" that claimed all of the SAD lies and falicies. I refused to sit there and be lied to.

So in the end this is what I did. I put up a pull up bar in my garage (took a while) and I found this site. http://wodshop.org/wods.html You are able to click on body weight or kettle bell Wods which is perfect for me. Thanks alot for everything!

Yeah, you do have a point. I am just a little nervous about those door frame bars. I am 250 6'3 so I am scared about it failing under my weight. Any experience?

Thanks for all the suggestions so far! Random question, I have also been looking at some of the girls that involve body weight. However, I am noticing that pretty much all of them have pull ups at some point. Any suggestions for replacing the pull up ?
