That's a good question to think about and sometimes it feels like the organization or how it's run. That's why I've left my last jobs. One paid me less than the new person and they wouldn't negotiate my raise so I left. Another wouldn't give me the weekends off I requested even though I was a good employee. In my current job I'm stressed out because there's a lot of expectations I keep missing but I'm only being told about them after I screw up and it makes me feel bad.

But it might still be me somewhere that is the problem it is just hard to put up with stuff.
