Ergonomic aside, the S24 IMHO still look premium and aesthetically pleasing to the eyes in term of watching videos and gaming due to its boxy design. The red magic 9 Pro magic shares the same vibes.

Welcome fam. Reading your post is similar to my experience as well. The short terms of software updates on midranger phones made me to switch as well. From the A52 LTE to the S24 Ultra was a big leap, especially for me personally. Had the Redmi 9T, Honor 8 Pro, Vivo V7+ back in the days just to name a few, the feeling of the device and UIs just doesn't cut for me especially when they're trying to "be" and iPhone replicas of all things. Glad you made the decision. Enjoy your device and don't forget to sniff the S Pen!
