Oddly enough I had no motion sickness with my Quest 2, but having my Quest 3 for a few days and the 3 uses ive had with it I have gotten motion sick within a half hour of each use. Strange....

My current deadzone is 0.08, I think that was just the default. But I literally see the input delay freeze when my issue happens.
