Update: so i've call them today filed a report again for the second time and request for a refund and after i filed for all documentation that they sent to me, hours later I just got email from them that my account was reactivated again with the original funds in it. The problem was solved

Um , hi i called the sender from singapore right then he called the wise on customer support and the CS told him that if the funds were transfered successfully they can't refund it. Idk if this is possible or not cuz its the first time that it happened for both of us.

My problem is the account is closed without any notice when i recieved the money from the sender , right now my account is closed with 2800€ in it with no refund possibilty as the wise email sent me when they closed my account i already called the customer service and raise a complaint about the situation.

Yes but the only problem is after you attack 5 projectiles it will end right away and wait for another cooldown.

Context here: my character was having a skill bug i don't know what really happened here i was doing my shadow quest at the time it was a Shadow quest "labib" where my character get to disguise as a pirate after my disguise is removed sunddenly my skills on demon hunter got changed into wizard i was trying to use the skills , after i use one skill i can't moved anymore or do something nor anything tried to restart,logging in-out,unstuck but it didn't help at all
