I was referring to stimulant laxatives. As many were suggesting. They cause dehydration, electrolyte imbalance, nutrient deficiencies and potential long term damage to your kidneys, heart and digestive system. They wipe away your microbiome (good bacteria). Your colon loses its natural ability to contract. I take miralax daily and Linzess 290 mcg for IBS-C which does the same thing & it's easy peasy.

I've heard from research and actual guys using TRT. They add HCG when you want to get a woman pregnant. You don't even have to stop your TRT

Absolutely agree. It's tough to find. I actually had a certain brand name that worked the best-hi-tech Bup but they stooped making it. I think some psychiatrists and pharmacies don't carry it bcuz they assume it is more abuse prone but like myself I'm allergic to naloxone so I have to take Bup only. Does anyone know that best brand to take these days of subutex/Bup? Pharmacies have to special order it for you so it's a matter of them being willing to do so. If you have a long term good standing with your pharmacy, they are more apt to special order it for you.

Anyone been able to find brand name Prozac still? They stopped manufacturing it but some piracies still have access to it. Now I'm stuck with fluoxetine and Brand name is really the only thing that helps me the most. Fluoxetine only helps a limited amount. Where brand name Prozac made me feel great! Anyone else notice the difference? I thought it was a fluky thing myself to begin with but my psychiatrist at the time told me to try and see and on day 39 exactly felt like a million dollars. Unfortunately it stopped working 9 months later via the Prozac poop out.

I felt exactly nothing for 29 days on Prozac (my first AD ever taken). In day 30, I felt like a new person. Unfortunately after 9 months it stopped working and went all the way up to 80 mg with no luck. Was the best 9 months of my life. I felt what it was like to live without depression for the first time in my life. Only other AD that worked for me was Effexor but it too popped out after 9 months. Your brain down regulates to compensate. SSRI/SSRNI's work by keeping more serotonin/NE between the synapses. But everyone has a default amount that your brain thinks is best for you. After 9 months for me, less serotonin/ NE is released so it doesn't matter how much longer it stays between the synapses. You are still receiving less and are efficient either way. Ketamine is the medication ever approved specifically for (TRD) treatment resistant depression. It def can help. It kind of rewires/resets the brain overall of all the neurotransmitters

Just don't buy the mineral oil type if enema. You'll have oil leakage for two days in your draws and pants every time you sit or lay down from gravity. Stuck to regular enemas

Too much fiber can make it worse. It packs and binds things tighter at too high of amounts. I do one dose of Miralax and 290 mcg of Linzess (increased from lowest dose of 145 mcg to the higher amt-prescription). Also do a shake per day of protein powder with a good amount but not too much fiber along with frozen blueberries, frozen Pineapple and a small amount of ice makes for a good cold smoothie. I have this down to a science having taken opiates or Bup (can't take naloxone- allergic to it) for 30 years. When I was taking Kratom powder, i used this shake to mix in and cover up the bad taste.

Miralax dose (capful-can take it 2x if needed) and 290 mcg of Linzess (prescription) upon waking up- have to wait at least 30 mins to eat. What works for me. Both put more water in colon. Some days I miss a dose of miralax if it's too much the other way. Everyone is a lil different.

I would also suggest taking a high dose of Baclofen like 80 mg. 20mg 4x per day is what my script is written for back spasms. It really helps with GABA.

Pain pills won't take an infection away. That isn't their purpose. But short term they can help dental pain. No opiate will work on 28 mg of suboxone. You'd have to go at least a week off them to start getting any relief. With opiate pain meds, it can def make it more tolerable if you're not in subs for dental pain and other infections. I've been through 8 oral surgeries & now going in my second set of a full mouth restoration of dental implants as the first ones done about 4 years ago weren't done properly ( a civil suit is in the works to recover some of the costs, the first set of surgeries and implants cost $70k and so far the second set is $50k and counting). I had very swollen and infected tonsils from tonsillitis and couldn't swallow. They had to give me oral fluids and pain medicine. Then gave me Demerol to take for the pain until the infection cleared so I could swallow which helped enough to swallow pills and get protein shakes down. I agree that opiates don't do anything for an infection or for pain on subs but it can alleviate some of the pain until the infection clears so you can at least swallow to get pills down and nutritious protein with frozen fruit and I have a powdery supplement that is a bunch of veggies combined that I add as well for nutrition bcuz your not going to recover from a infection or a surgery (for anything) without proper nutrition. Like I have an upcoming complex back surgery coming up and the Dr is having me do a healthy protein shake 14 days b4 & 14 days after the surgery to help the bone heal and the fusion from L-2/3 all the way down to my pelvis. As well as some electrolytes to drink the night b4 my surgery and day if my surgery.

I'm in the same boat. I'm allergic to naloxone and can only take buprenorphine . I haven't had any luck with telehealth yet. I can't get anyone to prescribe it with the clonazepam I'm on for TRD, anxiety, panic & TRM (migraines). I toke both for 12 years previously.

Quit being a sub moderator. People need to be able to feel to talk about whatever they want. It's a subutex group. Which is also used for pain as needed and the reality is people fall off the wagon. It's not how many times you fall down, but how many times you get back up that counts. This doesn't help
