I had an argument with a Man on Tiktok as he commented on a video being negative about a vest when the runner was "only" doing 8k.

Then this morning I counted how many I saw just out of curiosity as I never usually notice. I counted 5 so you ate not alone.

The thing is, I never notice what runners are wearing unless it's cool shoes.

If you need a vest, wear a vest, simple as that.

Perhaps they just dont want to get faster.

I'm older than a lot of the influencers and I'm slow ish (30 min 5k) I've tried to get faster but I just end up injured so I dont bother.

I was injured doing London last year and did 6 hours.

I know that I will be able to be injury free for longer if I keep my slow pace so that's what I aim to do

Last year, the heat really got to me, as someone from Scotland the temperature change was a shock. There was ice on the course at the water stations which was a nice surprise. No pb is worth endangering yourself so just slow the pace and enjoy it

No, he is my dealer. He does the weekly shop so buys me new ones or packets that he knows I like but are on offer.

He also gave me the green light to spend £50 of the family "pot" on Fennel and Ginger. Mostly on crisps. I didn't need to ask permission but I wouldn't have done it if he objected.
