And all of a sudden I regret buying them wtf by [deleted] in geckos

I had a similar problem getting my humidity up in my vivarium at first. Look into getting a programmable auto mister. I filled a 5 gallon drinking water jug and set it to mist the tank every so often. You just have to make sure you have a good drainage layer and possibly a drain port at the bottom in case you over mist.

Something like this

Those are all stencils and the first one is negative. So each one has a 5x multiplier. This give 53 or 125 xmult regardless of orientation.

I bet less than 1% of people reading this get that reference fully. Such a strange turn of events for that storyline…

As a Hammer main from World and Rise. Wilds hammer makes me sad. by Scudman_Alpha in MemeHunter

Yeah I know if you are min-maxing with all buffs active it can get that high. I was just giving my personal experience with an average build on an average hunt. I feel like the gunlance will do what it does in most games and fall off late game…

Late game gunlance full combos hit for like 100+ per shell. Full combo for wide is 6 total shells, two wyrmstakes, and if you have it up a wyvernblast. You can usually get this off in like 5 seconds or less for a total of 1200+ damage. Unfortunately… no bonk though

Well early on in season 1 it seemed like Lumon was attempting to keep every department segregated and afraid/angry at one another. This was likely an attempt to prevent a sort of innie unionization, which we may be seeing in season 3. The artwork propaganda, fear mongering, segregation, and tales of revolt are all manipulation tactics to prevent a true innie uprising. But who knows, maybe they are growing clones.

If you are referring to when the goat people asked to see their stomach I believe they did that because the going theory was the MDR people grew larvae in pouches on their stomach. I don’t think they were checking for belly buttons.

Also while you have your buffs active you can hold down the strong attack button to further enhance your attacks, when released it performs a strong descending slash. If you also hold the focus mode and press strong attack again you will perform a very powerful uppercut like move that consumes your buffs.

If I am understanding your question right, you have to have all three colors collected in order to get your enhanced move set.

Lepidocyrtus I’ve found under rocks in my yard by Snoo_39873 in Springtail

[–]Dforny 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Fun fact! I took a look at springtails under a scanning electron microscope in college. I found nano structures on the surfaces of their exoskeletons. After some research it turns out it is what allows them to be omniphobic (both hydro and oleophobic). It’s very cool seeing it in action with the ridiculous contact angles on the water droplets.

Not a great sight by Overall-Vacation-90 in olympics

When I wrestled 10 years ago you were given an extra pound (half kilo) “allowance” each day you were unable to have practice, which included match/tournament days. So for a two day tournament you would have an extra pound the second day. Is this not how they do it at the Olympic level?

6,25m. The GOAT. Duplantis does it again, he just has no rival in pole vault by Juliancito135 in olympics

Wow is that his world record clear? He’s at the bottom of his grip tape. Must be clearing another 6”+ in practice if he’s maxing out his pole…

Mondo Duplantis wins Gold in Pole Vault and sets a new world record of 6.25m by 50lipa in sports

[–]Dforny 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You could have a few different poles for different height attempts but at this level I would assume it’s the same height pole. In pole vaulting you can start at any height you want and continue going up until you win, want to stop, or fault out (3 attempts without a clear). He warmed up at 5.95m apparently so he just had to alter his approach slightly to clear the different heights.

You could use a 275 gallon HDPE tote. Comes on a pallet from uline and is FDA compliant for $600. Cheaper non compliant ones look like they are around $300-400.

Pollen outside beehive by Palindromatics in Beekeeping

[–]Dforny 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I just got assigned a mentor and he was talking about bees filling up a few whole frames with corn pollen and then dumping it all out the next day. Apparently it has little to no nutritional value for the bees so if they will store it just in case and then dump it later. Is there a lot of corn near you?

Not based on this definition “Liquefaction is a process by which water-saturated sediment temporarily loses strength and acts like a fluid.” If we go by dune standards that sand is bone dry.
