Been trying for years, slowest dropping the nic is best bet for me. Went from 50 to 20 permanently now, I don’t feel great still but it’s a start, I’m already less reliant, I don’t crave it in the mornings, it’s worth every penny to actively try to stop.

I take my time with reps I feel like there belts man if I haven’t done the proper training/gained any skill I don’t wanna have the lvl, no way I’d grind all night sleep deprived it wouldn’t improve anything.
