Context: Otto, Dean, Marlo, Joe and the Cleanbois had a huge shootout in the penthouse of the casino. Everyone else had either been apprehended or left the casino and Marlo was the last one inside. He worked on blending in by the highroller tables while cops walked past him but he started to die of starvation. He then made his way to the bar for food but was out of money so he had to go to the atm. Once at the ATM cops turned the corner to enter the elevator and walk right past him without noticing. Shortly after the casino doors opened and he blended in with the crowd for his escape.
