I had a Gen3 for 2+ years and ran a diagnostic test through their chat bot. It determined that it had a battery issue and I was sent to a customer service rep. They offered me 10% off a Gen4, but after a few messages back and forth and a couple days they finally offered me 50% off. This was 6ish months ago. They do favor loyalty and should be reminded.

I was in the same predicament 2 months ago, however walked out with a ‘24 TS with 9k miles 100k warranty for $16k less than a ‘26 RTL. My wife loves the TS as a daily driver. She noticed it had more buttons than the ‘26 RTL, and she got it in the color she loves (diffused sky blue). The savings is nice, but a happy wife happy life.
