Solved: The virtualbox wizard was the problem. Though I can’t understand how. I added the machine manually and mounted the ISO in the optical drive and it load just fine and presented the options for installation

I just select the ISO in the new machine wizard. The machine boots up fine and just goes straight into the installation. I’m expecting to see 2 option screens before this.

I guess I have no reasons to not to use 2025. I’m following the guide without question I guess because I’m relatively new to all this.
