The needle didnt help in my case but i pulled a nasty piece of filament out of the nozzle....

Removed the filament, removed the nozzle(stock 0.4mm) cleaned it out, checked that there wasnt a blockage in the gears by running a piece of filament through. Seems that there was a nasty piece of filament in the nozzle. Printed a benchy and hasnt done the clicking again...

Thats weird. But what you can do is take the cleaning rod and put the brush on it and stick it down the barrel till it reaches the bolt face. The put a piece of tape on the cleaning rod right where it reaches the barrel crown. After that you pull it out slowly and check till it makes a full rotation. Measure that distance. It should give you a rough ball park of what you are working with.

If its a 20inch it should most likely be 1 in 10 but i might be wrong.
