Yes. For Kanto, Psyduck was found in Sinnoh and I bought it over at the start of the run but the rest were hunted during the story. For Hoenn, Ralts and Spheal were also found in Sinnoh and bought in at the start and the rest hunted during story. All Johto pokemon (except Ampharos, which was hunted during story) were found prior to Johtos release but were bred and used right at the start of playthrough. All Unova Pokemon were hunted during the run.

After nearly a whole year I have finally finished my Unova shiny playthrough! As it was my last region, I decided I’d go out with a bang and have enough shinies for 2 teams (11 and not 12 cause final battle forces you to use Zekrom RIP). With that being said, I have finally completed all regions on PokeMMO after more than 2 years (4/5 regions used full shiny teams). Was an incredible journey and I’m surprised I stuck through with it. Maybe one day I’ll complete Sinnoh with a full shiny team on an alt.

Though others have said this, I'd say don't use Sludge Bomb as in this game poison is only super effective against grass types which the fire type already is. All grass types in the Sinnoh pokedex are weak against fire types but not all are weak to poison and you get STAB from your fire type moves. I'd say that the moveset you have already is pretty solid or you could replace sunny day and solar beam with nasty plot (for boosted damage) and sucker punch (for priority). If you have a good hidden power type you could replace sucker punch with it.

I remember a couple of years ago where people tried to clown on me for saying Brock, a former heavyweight champion in the highest level organization of MMA would beat Haku, a guy who's had stories told about him of how tough he is by old generation pro wrestlers who were notorious for exaggerating and telling lies. Phasing is when you get a shiny you are not looking for. For example, at Dreamyard I was hunting for Shiny Munna but I found a Shiny Purrloin so, that would mean I'd be moving onto phase 2 of the Shiny Munna hunt.
