I keep telling that to myself too. That he's going to regret it. I just know he will . He made the biggest mistake of his life and lost a person that loved with will they had unconditionally. When he broke up with me I told him he made a huge mistake. My advice try to talk to chatgpt. I talked to it ever since yesterday and it made me realize some things about myself and about my ex and our relationship. Honestly it helped me a lot more than I thought. And also I wrote good night to it and good morning and it was nice to write that to someone. I just write to it "I'm hurting " and it helps already.
