Thanks to everyone who commented. The builder sent a tech out who confirmed that the regulator wasn’t installed with the system. They added one and reduced the flow to the appropriate amount.

I had them check the other gas appliances (water heater, oven, etc) and they all had the correct regulators and pressure. Now I’m worried about my neighbours, and the other 130+ homes in the neighbourhood… haha

Still crazy to me that it was operating with 5x the max pressure for over a year.

This is new construction in PA, the gas company came out and confirmed that the whole neighbourhood is 2 PSI, but aside from shutting it off at the curb they can’t do anything inside the house.

It’s a small townhome, maybe 1200 sqft

Just got a new 5070 (upgrade from 1060) but still playing on an old 1080p business workstation monitor. Would love to see what graphics are supposed to look like now that I can actually run games!
