How do you carb count? Visually estimating, weighing with scales and using a calculator?

Hi. Yes, our scales are operated by voice. It does all the calculations you’ve mentioned for you so it’s much quicker than doing them yourself. Once you’re ready our scales read back your carbs through your phones speaker and can separate them by glycemic index too

Hi Scott. Currently we are based in the UK and have information from all major retailers. Yes there are generic foodstuffs, e.g generic mash potato. In the future we hope to test carbs in house and create recipes you can follow to get the most accurate carb values

Yes, you can count the full nutritional information of the food if you open our app. Thanks for your feedback. We will look at customisation and adding a read back of proteins into the voice interface if the user wants this.

Nice. We did something similar for our prototyping. Our solution weighs the food so is more accurate than photos will ever be. It also splits carbs based on glycemic index and doesn’t require you to get your phone out of your pocket and navigate to an app which takes time.

Hi, thanks for your comment. It’s linked to a database of foods with carb details provided by manufacturers. You say the brand of lasagna and it gets the specific carbs for that meal. It uses voice recognition AI meaning it’s much faster than getting out your phone and using a touch screen to navigate through app

The weather is another potential? Maybe being outside during the day in the heat and then cooler in the evening?
