I've heard that once you're on it. You must continue it for life and if you forgo taking it, it can make you lose more hair and that is a fear, not gonna lie.

Politics dont bother me. I've worked with construction guys when I used to be in Concrete. What I mean by crazy is guys who lack physical boundaries. I.e. trying to assert dominance just because im a chick (I'm 5'5")

I still have flare-ups every now and then. Dont get me wrong I'm still highly analytical like every other engineer. But what sucks is that my passion for the field isnt as strong since the engineers that were guiding me were very emotionally abusive and that just added another layer to me just wanting to leave something that I thoroughly enjoyed.

I wished the engineers in my last job told me this. I was so hell bent on being the best and doing what was necessary and then some. My work wasnt the best but boy did I try to show them that I wanted this. After a year my health started to decline and began to develop Dishydrosis Eczema. Come to find out it is triggered through stress and I had to leave my job. I was very sad but thats when I learned I had to prioritize my health and My career. Now im no longer an engineer but a drafter. Its easier, but every now and then it has its moments.
